Things To Note

You could even be a few minutes early. Any arrival that is 15+ mins after the original appointment time may result in still being charged for 100% of the service fee and a reschedule.
If you need to reschedule or cancel please do so at least 48 hours in advance, if this isn’t done then you will still be responsible for 100% of the service fee of the appointment and a potential deposit for your new appointment.
Though we LOVE kids, I mean LOVE kids, they’re hysterical! If for any reason you need to bring a kiddo with you please ask in advance. Most of the time kids are not allowed due to needles, chemicals, hot curling irons etc. and due to injuries in the past we have found it’s safer for children to stay with a sitter or at home.
In other words, every stylist, massage therapist etc. at Olive & Co. makes their own schedule, pricing, availability and so on. We take our business very seriously so if at any point we need to reschedule or cancel we will make sure to go above and beyond to make it right. Please be patient with us but also don’t be afraid to let us know if there is something we can do better.
We get life happens but so do our bills. No call and no show will result in being 100% responsible for the appointment cost and a deposit for your new appointment.
